Initial Template Build
We take the time to recreate your firm’s documents inside Planbot. Over that first month we go back and forth with you testing and perfecting, so we arrive at the outputs you expect. From there we will train you up in the “builder.”
Super Users
The super user controls structured wording, styling, tone of voice, sections and deploys throughout the system.
Your Template Library
Planbot can be used to create templates for any internal and external reports, data capture forms and documents. Some examples include, adviser meeting file notes, client welcome brochures, fact finds and complex suitability reports.

Need to reference a specific section of a report or a particular page in a document? No problem. You can guide the system to precise page numbers or data ranges, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and grounded in the right source material.
Exporting
With formatting that can match your firm’s template style closely.
Once your document is generated, you can export it into clean, professional formats – including beautifully structured and editable PDFs and DOCX, with landscape optional.
Whether you want to make final tweaks, add cashflow planning images, or run additional checks, everything is designed to slot seamlessly into your existing workflow.
